Hybrid Teams Post Covid

 

With a global economy, hybrid teams are inevitable. The experience of having to accommodate this practice ‘overnight’ necessitated by Covid, showed us that it was possible for teams to function this way but it didn’t immediately provide managers with a knowledge of best practice. It has taken some time to ask the questions and do the necessary research to find out what works and what doesn’t.

The knowledge has been steadily growing and I believe we can now safely say that, hybrid or not, your team can be synergistic and innovative with the right combination of effective facilitation and IT. It requires an agile approach coupled with a knowledge of how to motivate and support the team to own the problem and involve whoever they believe can help solve it, whether inside or outside the organisation, customers or suppliers. I will help you have the conversations with your teams and others to facilitate a synergistic outcome that significantly increases engagement and productivity.

Now we have seen what is possible in the new fast-changing environment, we cannot go back to the old way of working. A conversation to begin/continue this journey is all it takes to get started.
